PCSE – Ordering of Restricted Stationary – Authorised Signatory process

PCSE will be making changes to the online form which pharmacies use to request controlled stationary including EPS tokens. 

This will allow pharmacy company directors to become the authorised signatory as set out.  Corresponding changes will be made to support other primary care professions to standardise the sign up and authority required to place orders.

PCSE are making these changes so that there doesn’t have to be unnecessary or inappropriate approval processes via ICBs which could slow down requests. 

In the meantime, any contractor who needs to set up their director as a signatory or wants to sort out an urgent supply order but cannot do so because they do not currently have an authorised signatory can raise this directly with the PCSE team via the contact us section here:  https://pcse.england.nhs.uk/contact-us/supplies-enquiries
